What is "Work with Me" (WWM)?
A brilliant concept (yes, we love our acronyms!) that selfishly I wish had been my own.
There is a lot of buzz on blogs and talk within companies about social networks such as LinkedIn, MySpace and Facebook and the value they provide in recruiting. However, there have primarily been only two ways employers have used them--run an advertising campaign, or create a profile and network.
Until now. TMP is gearing up to officially launch a new concept called "Work with Me" that allows employers to engage with Facebook's audience in a new manner. The premise is to promote an employee referral program by pushing jobs to a company employee's Facebook profile. The employee's network on Facebook can then view open jobs with the company and apply--right from the profile. Neat, right?
Check it out...find me on Facebook to see how it works.
