Looking Ahead in 2008
Happy New Year! It's amazing 2008 is upon us already. Historically, January is a heavy recruiting month. Activity picks up after the holiday lull and candidates start trying to fulfill those New Year’s resolutions to finally get that new job. What's your plan for attracting them in 2008?
This past year, we witnessed more and more companies adopting non-traditional recruiting tactics to reach their desired audience. As rapidly as new solutions emerged in 2007, momentum is even stronger going into 2008 as everyone is looking for the next great idea to extend their brand and attract candidates to their opportunities.
I personally am very excited to see what the New Year will bring and I’m proud to work for an organization that supports and leads innovation in recruitment advertising. It's an exciting time in our space, and there are many opportunities for companies to differentiate and greatly impact their success by simply embracing a new perspective on how you recruit and retain talent.
