Let the blogswap begin...
Over the course of the next few weeks I'll be participating in a "blog swap" with a number of other notable HR blogs. (Sincere thanks to Jason and the JobGals for making this happen: this must have been a mountain of work to pull together!)
What's a blog swap? I think we'll figure that out as we go, but here's the plan. Each week for the next eight weeks, I will write a posting to a different blog. And each week, a guest blogger will write a posting to mine.
So stay tuned...should be an interesting experiment in real-time social networking!
