Measure at a Crawl?
Matt Robson wrote me to let me know that he'd tried to post to my blog entry about measuring employer brands to ask, "What do you think about companies that measure employer brands by crawling the web and processing the conversation among users?"
In case this is as new to you as it was to me, he provided a few examples of enabling technologies:

http://cymfony.com
http://umbrialistens.com

My site wasn't accepting postings at the time so I've taken the liberty of turning Matt's reply into a posting in its own right.
I don't have a quick answer for this. It appears easy enough to measure, but I'm not sure exactly what the measures would reveal. So...I'm going to take Matt's advice and give it a try. I'll let you know what I uncover.

Hi David, I was going to offer you a free PowerPoint presentation of our services but then I read your entry on October 25th and thought better of it... We also measure this space for European companies. Regards, Simon

Simon,
How about a chat on the phone sans-PPT? Always interested to hear good ideas.
David
