Mark has over 25 years of recruitment advertising and marketing experience. Mark focuses on the development and implementation of recruitment marketing programs for large-scale clients in the Government sector. Based in Washington, DC, Mark brings the full-service resources of one of the world’s leading recruitment communications firms to the requirements of government agencies, departments and jurisdictions.

Mark is a strategic contributor to top-level clients with regards to interactive advertising and marketing technology. Prior to his role in the Government sector, Mark oversaw client development throughout North America for the advertising division of TMP Worldwide. His previous professional experience also includes developing and managing a recruitment advertising and consulting practice and corporate HR experience for a major defense contractor.

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Education/Labor Relations as well as a Bachelors degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Virginia Tech.
