Melanie has been with TMP Worldwide for over 13 years in various client development roles. She has worked in the Boston, Seattle, Los Angeles and London offices. Most recently stepping into the SVP, Talent and Leadership Development role, Melanie shifted her focus to work internally, helping oversee TMP’s Talent Development strategy. Having worked as a TMP Client Strategist for over a decade with brands such as Boeing, BP, and Microsoft, to name a few, she is eager to maximize awareness, participation, and successful execution of our global employee engagement strategies. Melanie has a Master’s degree in Organization Development & Change from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, and a BA in Communications from the University of California, San Diego. She resides in Los Angeles, CA.
